Also featured in this latest document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and contains a legend labelling different parts of the estate.
Alongside this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, including plans for boat shelters.
