Former Doctor Charged with Assault Allegations Involving Thirty-Eight Patients
Legal authorities have stated that a ex- physician has been charged with committing sexual assaults involving thirty-eight victims who were patients.
Details of the Serious Charges
The accused, Nathaniel Spencer from Birmingham is accused of numerous acts of sexual assault – some of which involve acts against minors under the age of thirteen – spanning the period from 2017 to 2021.
A senior CPS official said, “Legal teams have worked at length to assist a thorough and intricate police inquiry, carefully reviewing the evidence to determine that there is sufficient evidence to proceed to trial and that it is in the interest of justice.”
Scope of the Police Inquiry
These allegations come after what police called a “detailed inquiry” into alleged assaults at medical facilities: a hospital in Stoke-on-Trent and a facility in Dudley.
The defendant will appear at the local magistrates' court on January 20th.

Prosecutors outline the forty-five sexual offences include:
- Fifteen counts of assault.
- Seventeen counts of assault by penetration.
- Nine counts of assault on a minor under thirteen.
- Three counts of penetrative assault on a child under thirteen.
- 1 count of attempting to assault by penetration.
